SMARTIE Goal #1 (MATH)

40% of K-5 scholars who scored “yellow” (one grade level below) on Spring 2024 iReady math diagnostic testing will increase to “green” (early on or at grade level) by Spring of 2025

SMARTIE Goal #2 (ELA)

50% of K-5 scholars who scored ”yellow” (one grade level below) on Spring 2024 iReady will score “early on” or “at grade level” in reading as measured by iReady benchmark assessments by Spring of 2025

SMARTIE Goal #3 (Whole Child)

50% of scholars in grades 3-5 will respond “favorably” to school safety as measured by Panorama perception data in Spring 2025 as compared to only 35% scoring ”favorably” on the Spring 2024 Panorama survey.

Goal 1

Goal 2 signature strategies:

  • Design, implement and monitor a Multi-tiered System of Support to adhere and respond to academic and social emotional needs of students toward mastery of core subjects
  • Ensure systems for social-emotional support are implanted school wide, all staff and students are taught, provided with frequent feedback and implement with fidelity

Goal 4 signature strategies:

  • Engage professional learning communities in a cycle of inquiry using multiple measures to inform and adjust instruction while disaggregating data through an equity lens.
  • Implement culturally responsive, universally designed anti-racist teaching practices that engage students in content and integrate their experience and voice
